The University of Messina, the AOU Policlinico G. Martino of Messina, and the “A. Gemelli " university hospital in Rome have joined in a joint research project concerning minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in oncology, with the development of compartmental surgery techniques and evaluation of lymphatic diffusion, using the most innovative techniques of lymphatic mapping with tracers in the field of gynecological neoplasms. The Gemelli Polyclinic Hospital is a national reference center for Oncological Gynecology, carrying out numerous clinical and experimental research for the development of new technologies applied to the treatment of gynecological tumors.
