The University of Messina is committed to the institution of a no-smoking policy in all offices. As established by the regulation approved in 2021, smoking or the use of other tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes) in any part of the buildings within the University is prohibited. In addition, the University annually organizes webinars aimed at addressing the issues of smoking and its harmful consequences on health.
